This step-by-step procedure shows you how to disassemble the middle and lower sections of your column. It includes how to remove the of the upper lock cover, tilt housing, dimmer cap and actuator, tilt housing assembly, steering shaft, lower tilt support and lower shift bowl.

These special tools are needed to complete this job

Tools Needed: 30 torx socket and driver, 1/2" deep socket and rachet, 13mm, 15mm socket and rachet w/ extension, E-8 inverted torx socket and driver, pliers, needle nose pliers & a plastic hammer.
