Upper lock cover, often referred to as upper bowl, or steering column cover houses the lock cylinder for the ignition switch, the turn signal switch and covers the tilt housing. This design is for columns with the wiper switch and dimmer in the column. The dimensions are 4-1/8" diameter x 4" tall.
