GM tilt design ignition switch actuator gear activates the ignition switch in the steering column. This rack gear is for tilt designs with automatic transmission and fits the following vehicles:
Cadillac Allante 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993,
Cadillac Eldorado 1991,
Cadillac Seville 1990, 1991,
Chevrolet Beretta 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996,
Chevrolet Corsica 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, &
Pontiac Tempest 1991, 1992.

THIS PART IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Rack03 , used on other GM vehicles WILL work in place of this part however the thickness of the gear itself is slightly thinner. You may want to modify the installation or the gear itself to ensure it does not slip once installed.
