This locking plate is used to secure the steering wheel on non tilt columns ONLY. This plate measures 3 5/8" in diameter but does not have the concave shape the tilt design has. This plate is slightly flatter than the tilt design. This plate also uses a plastic dust cover to conceal the edge of the lock plate.
