This GM ignition switch female connector (main harness side) has 5 terminals and is used on both tilt and non tilt columns with the ignition switch mounted on the column. Often the wires in this connector overheat causing an intermittant electical connection. This is one of two connectors needed to replace the harness connections ot the ignition switch.
