Lower plastic shroud for tilt steering columns. This plastic extension has 4 tabs that snap into the metal cast shift housing for automatic transimssion design columns using a 2 piece shift bowl. This is for TILT ONLY and will not fit non-tilt designs! This part is no longer available through GM.
