Ford Horn Contact Ring

This contact ring mounts to the back of the steering wheel and completes the horn and cruise control circuits at the steering wheel on vehicles without an airbag. A harness with spring contacts makes contact with this plate. Often, this plate, along with the spring contacts get damaged when the bearings in the steering shaft go bad. This contact ring along with the contact springs are replaceable. This part was only sold as part of the steering wheel on many Ford truck models.
