Lower Bearing Assembly

Ford cars and trucks secure the lower bearing to the steering column shaft by means of a plastic bearing support, and inner ball bearing assembly. This housing is the outer case that holds the bearing. This part is the SHELL ONLY. It DOES NOT come with a bearing. To get the complete housing asembly, please order Lower Bearing Housing Kit. This part fits most trucks from the early 1980's through 1991. The housing measures approx. 2.50" Diameter by 1.30" deep. the inside measurement is approx 1.7".
