Upper locking rod for the shorter design telescopic column. This rod goes inside 'teleshaft' and pushes the locking wedge as you tighten the telescopic adjuster. There are 2 length rods depending on which year, make & model vehicle you have. This shorter shaft measures 3 7/8" (9.6cm).
